FAQ

What is ArtEvermore?
ArtEvermore provides beautiful, customized artwork prints that celebrate special people or moments in your life. We combine your special photos with words that mean something to you and turn it into something breathtaking that you'll be proud to hang on your wall.

An ArtEvermore print is perfect for weddings and anniversaries, but the only limit to an ArtEvermore print is your imagination. We've had orders relating to best-friends, loved ones, memorable vacations and even pets!

Pass on a special moment or person that means a lot to you and we'll handle the rest.

 

How does it work?
It's really quite simple. Simply go to our 'Create your artwork' page and complete the relevant steps:

  1. Select your preferred size, orientation and image color.
  2. Input your custom text (song name or lyrics, vows – anything you like!)
  3. Input your caption text (optional).
  4. Upload your image
  5. Place your order.

When you've completed those steps we'll pass your order on to our artists who create your artwork and all that's left to do is send your artwork (after you've approved it) to our print shop for processing and shipping.

 

I don't know the song lyrics, what do I do?
Not to worry. Type in the name and artist of your special song and we'll fetch the lyrics for you.

 

Can I see the artwork before I purchase?
Unlike other services, ArtEvermore artworks are custom-designed by our team of artists so we are unable to give a preview before purchase. We do, however, send a proof before going to print so you have the opportunity to make any final changes.

 

Will I see the finished artwork before it gets printed?
Yes, when the artwork has been complete (2-3 business days) we will send a proof for your approval to the email address you provided. Please keep an eye on your spam folder just in case the proof finds it's way there.

 

Can I make changes after seeing the proof?
Absolutely, that's why we send the proof! If you spot anything that needs fixed or just want to use a different image, simply let us know and we'll work with you to create the perfect artwork.

 

How long does it take to make my artwork(s)?
Due to each artwork being custom-made, it can take anywhere from 2 - 3 business days to complete the artwork proof. Once completed, physical prints will be shipped out and delivered in 4 - 7 business days.

 

Who creates the artwork?
We have a small team of artists (including the founder, Steven) who create the artwork. The artworks are all handmade so we have the benefit of being able to adjust images to make sure you get the perfect product.

Can I order my print framed?
We have recently added the option to include our framing service with your order at checkout.

 

What is the price of a ArtEvermore print?
The price varies depending on size.

  • Medium (12 x 18 inch): $75.00 
  • Large (18 x 24 inch): $90.00 USD
  • Extra Large (24 x 36 inch): $110.00 USD

All prints come with free shipping worldwide.

 

How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method you choose. 

  • Free shipping: $0 (7-10 business days)
  • Express shipping: $15 (4-7 business days) (Temporarily unavailable due to Covid-19)

 

What if I'm not happy with the result?
Don't worry, that's what our lifetime money-back guarantee is for

If you're not happy for any reason whatsoever (whether it's because of the artwork itself or an issue regarding something else like the condition or shipping times), we can either get one of our artists to make you a new portrait, or we can simply issue you a full 100% refund.

 

Is the quality of my photo good enough to use?
Don't worry, our quality checking team will make sure the photos are good enough to use before sending it off to our artists. If we need another photo from you, we will notify you by e-mail.

 

I made a mistake with my order, what do I do?
Don't panic! Send us a quick email (hello@artevermore.co) with your order number and let us know what changes you'd like to make and we'll update your order.


I would like to make a complaint, how do I do?
All complaints (damaged or defective artworks) should be made within one week from the received delivery. Complaints should be sent to hello@artevermore.co.

 

Can I return my artwork?
As our artworks are customized items, they are not subject to returns. We unfortunately do not accept returns or offer refunds unless you received the delivery damaged or defective.
